We are also delighted to have been appointed by TNG Global Realty Ltd as Employer's Agent and for the provision of Clerk of Works Service for their Bayside - Sales Gallery located at Sir Herbert Miles Road.
Our staff is experienced in working for both clients and contractors and therefore we are able to give our clients the benefit of our experience We have over 70 years’ experience in the construction industry, in Gibraltar and overseas. Worked for major UK and European Construction Companies on major landmark Gibraltar projects.
We have investigated major water ingress problems and construction defects including specifying and supervising the remedial works.
Our lead consultant has been involved in the conservation and refurbishment historical buildings such as the Kings Bastion Leisure Centre, Wellington Front and The Heritage Offices.*
