Francis Massetti is a Chartered Member of The Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) , a Chartered Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (C.Build E MCABE), and is a Member of The Association of European Building Surveyors and Construction Experts and certified as a European Building Expert (EurBE).
He has dedicated 50 years to the Construction Industry in Gibraltar and has undertaken and/or formed part of the senior site management teams in a diversity of major projects ranging from Affordable Housing to Luxury Apartments, Leisure Centre, Medical Facilities, Infrastructure, Refurbishment and Conservation of Heritage Buildings, MoD Projects and Preparation of Tender bids.

Salvador De Paz

Salvador De Paz completed his studies as a Building Engineer at the Technical University of Architecture in Seville; he graduated in 1999. He has taken courses on Health and Safety in Construction, Urban Planning, Pathologies in Buildings, and computer courses related to applied programmes in the real estate and construction sectors.
Salvador has more than twenty year's professional experience in the sector. He has worked as a Site Manager, Senior Construction Manager, Project Manager, Planning Supervisor and Quantity Surveyor in different parts of the world, mainly in Seville (Spain) and Gibraltar; He also negotiated projects as a commercial and operative manager for Estudio de Arquitetura Forum in Central Africa with base in Guinea Equatorial.
He has 6 years working experience in Gibraltar and has been the Construction Manager for the construction of Clements Suites in Devil's Tower Road, he therefore brings practical experience to the consultancy which will benefit our clients and project delivery.
