I had the privilege of being part of the design and management team of the project as construction manager, carrying out quality, economic and safety control tasks during the project and construction phases of a building located in Seville (Eastern district) for commercial and offices use containing:

  • Commercial ground floor, a Central great nucleus for Mercadona Supermarkets and the rest of the peripheral premises for Bars, Cafes and Shops.
  • Floor 1st: Central recreational nucleus (open landscaped space) and office premises.
  • Floor 2-3-4-5: Office premises.
  • In total: 92Nr office premises, 10 commercial premises and 1 supermarket.
