I had the privilege of being part of the design and management team of the project as construction manager, carrying out quality, economic and safety control tasks during the development of the Project and construction of the Industrial Warehouse located in Huevar del Aljarafe (Seville) for the manufacture of chemical cleaning products for Mercadona.
Warehouse of 11,300 m2 of plot that includes:
- Perimeter security wall designed with precast concrete panels.
- Complete civil works of services and roads for the circulation, loading and unloading of large trucks.
- Prefabricated industrial system warehouse that includes the following sectors:
- Offices and services for the factory labours.
- Storage area for raw materials and processed material.
- Docks, loading and unloading area.
- Main area for processing and packaging of chemical products.
- Large water tank and complex installations for firefighting system.
