Details
New Build construction of 153 No Luxury Apartments, 2 levels of basement parking, Gymnasium and 25 metre pool. The building is 19 Storeys high and at the time the highest building in Gibraltar. I prepared the tender budget in conjunction with our Design Manager. Was the Contractors' Project Quantity Surveyor but also liaised with the Utilities companies and advised on the requirements of the Building regulations, and British Standards.
