Details
A Design and Build Project consisting of the construction of 96 No Luxury Apartments and 6 No Town Houses including basement parking, Gymnasium and pool. The Gym and dip pool is constructed inside a 300 year old building known as "The Grand Magazine". This building was completely refurbished / re-stored. I was the estimator for the original tender budget.
