Details
This was a Build Only Project consisting in the conversion of Historical MoD Stores into 36 No Married Quarters. Now a private housing estate. All the joinery windows replaced and the external facades restored. I was the contractor's Construction Manager and Quantity Surveyor for the project. The BQ had to be totally re-measured and approx. 1900 variation orders issued.
